Main duties:

  • To provide excellent customer service to business-to-business retailers

The role:

  • Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Offer customers guidance on products and online ordering process
  • Monitor stock levels, order processing and keep customers updated on shipping status
  • Process returns and issue refunds in a timely manner
  • Admin duties as and when required
