The role:
Providing exceptional events and tours organisation services to clients and prospective groups travelling across Europe
Main duties:
β Provide a high-level customer experience to all clients
β Handle inbound communications and respond accordingly
β Respond and deal to all queries in a timely and efficient manner
β Issue competitive and comprehensive quotations and travel itineraries
β Gain continuous knowledge of clients\β requirements and offers
β Identify potential sales leads and follow up to maximise conversion
β Travel to events and exhibitions to represent the company
The Candidate:
β Fluency in French is a must
β Experience working with a tour operator or similar service provider is essential
β Must be based in the UK / a UK resident
β Experience in events organisation, ticketing and booking, or working for a travel organisation
β Experience using travel reservation software (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
β Positive, problem solver, confident and dynamic personality
β Good team player and excellent communication skills
β Excellent attention to detail and IT literate
Salary: Around Β£30,000 per annum OTE
