You will also oversee a small team ensuring they receive support, motivation and guidance The role: – Be responsible for generating new business by meeting clients requirements ensuring best itinerary is planned in order to increase sales – Develop strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and the market trends – Prepare itineraries which include costings and quotes – Ensure pricings are competitive and profitable following up with clients converting these to sales – Liaise with internal departments ensuring client satisfaction – Provide daily support and development to your team – Conduct performance reviews providing feedback to ensure targets are met as well as company policies and standards adhered to – Identify and facilitate training The candidate: – Fluent in French (Written and spoken) – Essential – Previous experience within travel, tour operations or DMC required – Background in leading and managing a small team a must – Knowledge of Tour plan beneficial – Excellent communication skills with a client focused mentality – Proactive, dynamic and commercially aware The salary: up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
