The company: An international travel solutions provider

The role:
Providing exceptional events and tours organisation services to clients and prospective groups travelling throughout the UK and Ireland

Main duties:
– Provide a high level customer experience to all clients
– Handle inbound communications and respond accordingly
– Respond and deal to all queries in a timely and efficient manner
– Issue competitive and comprehensive quotations
– Gain continuous knowledge of group requirements and offers
– Introduce the company’s services to potential users

The Candidate:
– Excellent command of English
– Fluency in French is a must
– Experience working with a tour operator or similar service provider
– Experience in events organisation, booking agency, or working for a travel organisation
– Good knowledge of the United Kingdom as a destination
– Experience working in fast paced environments
– Positive, problem solver, confident and dynamic personality
– Good team player and excellent communication skills
– Excellent attention to detail and IT literate

The salary: around £27,000 per annum plus bonus
