- You will be responsible for the smooth system upgrade process in Europe by replacing all customers' old units as they reach obsolescence, minimising customer disruption, maintaining retention targets, and keeping the team leader updated on progress.

- Recording communications in the company's CRM system.
- Ensuring customers are called back in a timely manner.
