The Company:
A global trading company within a major automotive group, operating worldwide across automotive, industrial, agricultural, and high-technology sectors.
Main duties:
- Act as a bilingual (French/English) coordinator between group companies, sales teams, distributors, suppliers, and service providers to support the international supply and distribution of automotive products.
The Role:
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage orders and resolve issues.
- Plan and manage international shipments, logistics, export clearance, and insurance.
- Prepare and issue all shipping, customs, and dangerous goods documentation accurately and on time.
- Manage invoicing, payments, AR/AP accounts, and customer credit limits.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory and reporting.
- Help analyse gross profit, P&L, and month/year-end financial results.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide French/English support driving continuous improvement and supporting team activities.
The candidate:
- Fluent in French to a very high standard – Essential.
- Previous experience in Exports logistics.
- Knowledge of IMCO terms.
- Experience within manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives.
- Proactive and dynamic personality.
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…).
- Able to work under pressure.
