Salary: up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus

Main duties:

  • Providing an outstanding level of customer service as well as administrative support to the sales team
  • Answer calls and emails ensuring a prompt response
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed
  • Be responsible for processing orders and stock control
  • Provide aftersales support as well as inform customers of promotions and new releases
  • Dispatch samples to international customers
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Manage returns including credit processes
  • General administrative duties
  • Liaise with internal departments
