The role: – Be the main point of contact for clients and process their reservation requests efficiently by email and over the phone – Provide supplier and client support and process their enquiries – Submit quotations to clients in a timely and efficient manner and in writing – Negotiate best industry rates with suppliers – Develop industry knowledge in order to provide best advice and support to both regular clients and newcomers – Expand product range by identifying new potential supply partners and introducing the business to them – Visit suppliers when needed in order to develop product knowledge The candidate: – Full fluency in French – Experience working in a B2B environment is essential – Experience working in the Tourism or Travel industry is essential – Computer literate – Excellent communication skills – Able to prioritise workload and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
