Main duties:
- Working as part of the control room team, you will be responsible for maintaining safe and efficient operations through the monitoring of safety systems, incident coordination, information management and stakeholder communication.
The role:
- Monitor safety and operational systems to ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Respond to alarms, incidents and operational issues in line with established procedures.
- Coordinate and support emergency, maintenance and operational responses when required.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor operational performance and identify the causes of disruptions or service issues.
- Escalate incidents, risks and concerns to the appropriate teams or managers.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, operational events and communications.
- Provide timely updates and information to support effective decision-making and service continuity.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Support the wider operations team in maintaining a safe, efficient and well-coordinated working environment.
The candidate:
- Fluent in French required (from B2 level and above).
- Previous experience in railway/control centre beneficial.
- Ability to work under pressure as well as in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and able to lead by example.
- Good IT skills.
- Valid Driver’s licence and passport essential.
- Willing and able to work on a rotational shift pattern.
