Salary: Up to 28,000 per annum depending on experience plus commission
Main duties:
- Working within a designated region, you will be responsible to maintain and grow the customer base
The role:
- Be responsible for outbound calling to new and existing customers in order to sell products and services
- Answer inbound calls and enquiries providing great customer service with the intent to increase sales
- Follow up on dormant accounts
- To create quotes with regular follow ups
- Attend sales training as required
- Ensure Health and safety standards are adhered to
The candidate:
- Fluent in Finnish and Swedish (written and spoken) ideal
- Inside sales or telesales experience preferred
- Target orientated
- Excellent communication skills with strong and confident telephone manner
- Organised, motivated and a strong work ethic
- IT literate
