Main: This role involves installing, maintaining, inspecting and training customers on products, while ensuring ongoing technical support and administrative follow-up under the guidance of the Technical Manager.
The role:
- Inspect and check the proper functioning and quality of machinery
- Set up and install equipment correctly at client sites
- Perform maintenance as needed to ensure product performance
- Deliver technical training to clients and provide ongoing support as needed
- Keep clients informed about new developments in the company’s product range
- Promote the use of training materials and support resources
- Handle the administration related to service visits
The candidate:
- Fluent in French with English language skills at a minimum of B1/B2 level
- Previous experience as a field service engineer ideal
- Open to Graduates too
- Training in electronics, computing or maintenance beneficial
- Committed to providing outstanding customer service
- Dynamic, well organised and capable of working independently
- Must have valid driving licence - Cat B
- Happy to travel within the region Monday to Friday
- Must be based in the Centre-Val de Loire region, ideally Orleans
The salary: up to €50,000 pa (depending on experience) plus company car, bonus and benefits.
