Main duties:
- Provide export sales coordination and excellent customer support by managing orders, processing quotations and supporting the export sales team.
The role:
- Prepare customer quotations ensuring customers have all details required and following up where needed.
- Ensure records are maintained and recorded accurately.
- Be responsible for processing all orders ensuring high attention to detail.
- Coordinate export inbox communications.
- Liaise with internal teams following up on lead time and stock.
- Ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently.
- Handle invoicing, credit notes, transfer orders as well as freight and shipments.
- Reporting as needed.
The candidate:
- Export sales or customer service experience.
- Fluent in German a plus.
- Excellent communication skills prioritising customer support.
- Positive, proactive and able to work as part of a team.
- IT literate.
