The role: - Creating and preparing itineraries, quotations and costings for group tours - Managing group bookings from confirmation through to completion - Handling all group booking administration, including amendments, cancellations, rooming lists and travel documentation - Ensuring tours run smoothly by coordinating with clients and processing requests accurately and on time - Negotiating rates and terms with suppliers while maintaining quality and budget - Processing invoices and supporting payment administration - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers The candidate: - Previous experience in tour operations or a DMC is essential - Good knowledge of Scotland and the UK as a travel destination - Fluency in Italian is essential - Excellent communication and organisation skills - Proactive, dynamic and ability to multi task - Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives - More flexible working arrangements could be considered for candidates with extensive relevant experience French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
