Main duties:

  • To provide excellent customer service and administrative support

The role:

  • Deliver efficient and professional customer service to new and existing customers
  • Act as a first point of call to resolve any issues or customer enquiries

  • Analyse and monitor customer trends and suggest improvements to management as necessary
