The Company

Main duties:
- To work closely with the sales operation team and offer excellent customer service to clients.
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person to provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Process quotes and customer orders and update records.
- Prepare simple weekly reports for customers and the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.
- Provide general administrative support to the office and multi-skill when required.
