French speaking Logistics and Sales Coordinator
Location: Remote in the UK
Salary: up to 35,000 per annum depending on experience

A dynamic international business connecting global suppliers with manufacturers and distributors across international markets
Main duties
Coordinate international orders, export documentation and shipments while supporting sales growth and customer relationships across global markets.
The role
- Coordinate international orders from placement through to final delivery liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Prepare and check export documentation, monitor shipments and resolve any delivery issues
- Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination and smooth running of export processes
- Research, identify and secure new customers and distributors in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distribution partners to drive repeat business
- Prepare quotations, arrange samples and follow up on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate CRM records, report on sales pipeline and performance, and attend relevant international trade shows
The candidate
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
- Fluent in Spanish a bonus but not a requirement
- Experience in international logistics, export coordination and shipment documentation needed
- A background in key account management and business development highly recommended
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
