Main duties:
- You will be supporting the sales and account management teams by being the first point of contact for customers, retailers and distributors.
- Support the sales team as required.
- Administration including completing new customer forms.
- Responding to emails, website and telephone enquiries providing outstanding service.
- Translating of documents as needed.
- Monitor and update selected websites.
- Building relationships with distributors and all administrative duties related to the distribution network.
- Develop and maintain the database.
- Occasionally attend tradeshows.
