FRENCH SELECTION (FS) French speaking Account Manager Location: Ashford Mainly Office Based with 1 day from home after training Salary: up to £32,000 per annum Ref: 8254FCS To apply using our preferred format, please visit French Selection website, go to the vacancies page, search job reference: 8254FCS The company: A leading international manufacturer specialising in innovative ingredients and solutions for a range of consumer-related industries Main duties: To provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the clients The role: - Act as a first point of contact for key stakeholders in the French market, building strong relationships and ensuring high customer expectations are met - Manage customer orders from initial request through to final shipment - Respond to enquiries in a timely manner, manage order change requests and resolve any customer issues - Maintain and update customer information through the CRM system, including specific customer requirements or contracts - Liaise with internal teams, such as demand planning, to monitor stock availability and support customer forecasts - Handle customer complaints, process returns and prepare credit or debit notes as necessary - Collect customer feedback and proactively suggest areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience The candidate: - Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential - Experience in customer service or account management, ideally in an international business - Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle tricky situations professionally - Excellent communication and organisational skills - Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Computer literate with a knowledge of SAP (beneficial) The salary: up to £32,000 per annum French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
