Responsibilities:
- Carry out online research into different markets, organisations and industries.
- Gather relevant information and identify potential opportunities for clients.
- Research companies, organisations and key contacts.
- Reach out to contacts by email and telephone to gather information and develop relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the CRM system.
- Support the account team with research projects and day-to-day client communication and tasks.
- Help prepare information for client meetings, reports and presentations.
- Manage follow-ups and multiple priorities while working closely with the wider account team.
Candidate's Profile:
- Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian (written and spoken) essential.
- Previous experience in market research, research and/or lead generation ideal.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, marketing, events or business administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong online research and information-gathering skills.
- Confident and professional communicator.
- Proactive and reliable with the ability to manage priorities, work independently and contribute positively as part of a small team.
