- Facilitate efficient resolution of claims.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Investigate and assess claims.
- Collaborate with relevant departments for seamless customer experience.
Candidate\’s Profile:
- Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian (written and spoken).
- Customer-oriented with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Skilled in building positive, productive relationships with customers and team members.
- Adaptable to changing priorities, schedules, and customer needs.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to meet targets and deadlines independently.
- Attentive to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and documentation.
