Main duties:

1. Deal with customers’ enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
2. Advise new and existing clients on the range of products available.
3. Maintain and develop customer relationships.
4. Provide quotations based on customer specifications.
5. Create new accounts into the system and monitor their activities.
6. Translate technical or general documentation when required.

Candidate’s Profile:

1. Fluency in Spanish essential.
2. Interest in continuing/kicking off a career in sales or business development.
3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organisational skills.
5. Ambitious and self-motivated.
6. Strong presentation skills.
7. Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Online Tools…).
8. Experience of client interaction.
