Main duties:
- Drive sales growth across Southern Europe by managing distributors, developing retail and foodservice channels as well as identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop sales and distribution across mainstream retail, independent retailers and foodservice channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers and other external stakeholders.
- Plan, execute and evaluate trade promotions and commercial activities.
- Monitor pricing, competitors, market trends and sales performance to support business planning.
- Coordinate inventory and supply planning with distributors to ensure continuous product availability.
- Analyse market and sales data providing timely reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver business projects.
Candidate's Profile:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential.
- Fluent in Italian would be an extra advantage.
- Experience in FMCG sales or business development needed.
- Exposure to distributor management and supply chain desirable.
