The role:
- Support the day-to-day running of accounts, administration, shipping and operational activities across the business.
- Input and maintain accurate financial, trading and invoicing data within spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, reconciliations, supplier payments and general finance administration.
- Coordinate shipping and logistics documentation while monitoring delivery schedules and deadlines.
- Provide general administrative support to senior management and assist with ad hoc business tasks as required.
