Main duties:
- Co-ordinate ordering, shipping, documentation, financial processing and stakeholder communication to ensure accurate and timely international delivery of products.
The Role:
- Manages end-to-end logistics operations, including shipment planning, export documentation, customs coordination and compliance with import/export legislation.
- Liaise with suppliers, distributors and service providers to support overseas supply and distribution of products.
- Supports financial and administrative processes such as invoicing, payments, credit control, stock reporting, and gross-profit monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, resolving issues and ensuring efficient communication and service delivery.
- Contributes to continuous improvement, reporting and cross-team support, including translation, interpreting and process updates.
