Main duties: To work closely with the sales operation team and offering excellent customer service to clients

The role:

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person to provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Process quotes and customer orders and update records
  • Prepare simple weekly reports for customers and the sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and multi-skill when required

The candidate:

  • Customer focused with great admin/account management skills
  • Experience in the defence/security or high-tech industries (Ideal)
  • Strong communicator and telephone manner
