You will be working for a leading financial organisation with international operations.

Provide personal assistant support to the Company's Managing Director as well as other senior decision makers across the business.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external individuals seeking to reach the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, conference calls, and complex travel schedules.
  • Attend key meetings and presentations, ensuring accurate minute-taking.
  • Oversee the scheduling and management of senior managers' diaries.
  • Plan and arrange trips and visits for senior company managers to the London Head Office.
  • Manage the team secretary and provide seamless cover during annual leave.

Applicants must have mother tongue level proficiency in English and an excellent command of the French language, both verbal and written is required.

Previous significant experience in a similar role, assuring PA or EA function to the MD is essential.

Experience working within a financial group, governmental institution, or a large corporation preferred.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
