This opportunity is remote with a preference for the Midlands as a locations due to many clients and prospects in this region. The role: – Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets – Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients – Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients – Present products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value – Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts – Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management – Collaborate with different departments to implement campaigns and initiatives – Attend networking opportunities to promote brand, products and offerings – Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions The candidate: – Proven experience in field or direct sales management – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong negotiation and closing abilities – Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively – Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools – Willingness to travel within the territory as needed – UK driving licence holder The salary: Up to £50,000 plus circa £20,000 in commission
