Main duties:

  • To coordinate and manage international medical assistance cases, ensuring travellers receive timely, safe, and effective support during medical emergencies and crises.
  • Manage international medical assistance cases and ensure clients receive timely support.
  • Assess medical needs and coordinate appropriate treatment, evacuations, and repatriations.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and support crisis response activities.
