Responsibilities
- Main duties: To support with the end-to-end procurement process including import and export documentation.
- The role:
- To liaise with couriers and freight forwarders to monitor delivery progress
- To manage purchase orders and maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system
- To prepare and maintain import, export and customs documentation
- To work closely with customer service and sales teams to communicate lead times and stock availability
- To conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory levels
- To support with sourcing of and negotiation with domestic and international suppliers
