Main duties:
- Responsible for managing international key accounts and driving sales growth across Northern Europe and Scandinavia, covering Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Austria.
The role:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale and manufacturing accounts across various Europe.
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships and understand local market trends.
- Deliver against budgeted sales targets through strategic planning and promotion.
- Champion the company’s brand ethos and values across international markets.
- Coordinate all aspects of the customer relationship including sales planning, pricing, promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Travel regularly to client sites and trade shows in Europe.
The candidate:
- Proven track record in international business to business sales, ideally in the organic or natural food industry.

- Highly numerate and confident in using data for analysis and reporting.
