Main duties:

  • Responsible for the planning, organisation and execution of conferences and events.

The role:

  • To handle incoming inquiries about conferences and correspond with exhibitors, speakers, contractors, and visitors.
  • Work within the event team to source conference content and speakers.
  • Handle logistics such as venue selection, scheduling, and attendee management.
  • To handle data entry, updates, and database management for specific conferences.
  • To participate in both local and international events when necessary.

The candidate:

  • Fluent Italian (spoken and written) – Essential.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Accurate with great attention to detail.
  • IT literate.
  • Previous experience in events.
