Main duties:
- To coordinate domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods while delivering excellent service to French and English-speaking customers.
The role:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through to final delivery.
- Liaise with freight carriers, warehouses and customers to ensure timely and efficient fulfilment.
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, exceptions and delivery issues.
- Prepare shipping documentation, customs paperwork and compliance records.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment data across internal systems.
- Analyse logistics performance.
