You will be assisting with the administration of export orders, including all documentation and liaison with warehouses. This is a great opportunity to kick-start a career in Logistics and Sales administration.
Main Duties:- Process customer orders accurately and within required timeframes.
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure required stock is available and advise on any delays.
- Coordinating with transport companies to arrange shipments.
- Preparing required shipping documentation for EU, Irish, and overseas deliveries.
- Follow up on orders through to full completion.
- Respond to general business enquiries via email and phone.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Liaising with export customers and transport companies.
- Assisting with general office administration.
