Main duties:
- To provide excellent customer service and learn how to provide technical support.
The role:
- Support customers with any queries and respond in a timely manner
- Raise and update tickets for ongoing incidents and repairs
- Provide troubleshooting support in order to identify common faults and suggest solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Escalate tickets accordingly when the issue requires more complex technical support
- Produce reports on any software defects and investigate re-occurrences
- Follow Service Level Agreements to ensure customers are given the best support possible

- Fluent in French to high level (written and spoken)
