Location: Leicester, UK – Office-based (no travel required)

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Main duties:

  • To develop and maintain relationships with smaller French customers through effective telephone and email communication, supporting business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • To manage and grow a portfolio of French customers.
  • Respond to customer queries and sales opportunities via email and phone.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and potential customers.
  • Support external sales by qualifying marketing leads and escalating large opportunities.
  • Promote the company’s products and solutions with a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support.
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and service targets while maintaining accurate data within the CRM system.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Candidate\’s Profile

  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in sales or account management, ideally within a business to business or call centre environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Good organisation, analytical, and IT skills (including CRM experience).
  • Sales-driven, proactive, and confident, able to work to set targets.
  • Knowledge of German would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Based within commuting distance to Leicester.
