Responsibilities

  • Assist the Accounts Payable team and support with general bookkeeping activities
  • Process daily banking and invoices
  • Follow up any overdue payments with credit control
  • Liaise with Accountants in France and support with documents needed for month-end or year-end closing
  • Provide strong customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Process orders in the system and maintain accurate order details in the system

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within an accounting field – Essential
  • Degree educated in Business Management, Accounting or Finance – Beneficial
  • Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
