Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line technical support to customers by resolving queries related to the company’s products and services
- Location: Welshpool
- Handle incoming queries by phone, email and live chat
- Ensure all calls are logged accurately
- Analyse data and respond accordingly
- Be responsible for scheduling engineering service calls
- Provide customer training on products
- Monitor and report any issues as needed
