Main duties:
- Working within a designated region, you will be responsible to maintain and grow the customer base
The role:
- Be responsible for outbound calling to new and existing customers in order to sell product and services
- Answer inbound calls and enquiries providing great customer service with the intent to increase sales
- Follow up on dormant accounts
- To create quotes with regular follow ups
- Attend sales training as required
