Responsibilities

Finnish speaking Inside Sales Representative
Location: Remote in the UK
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience plus commission
Ref: 4297FS

Main duties: Working within a designated region, you will be responsible to maintain and grow the customer base

The role:

• Be responsible for outbound calling to new and existing customers in order to sell products and services
• Answer inbound calls and enquires providing great customer service with the intent to increase sales
• Follow up on dormant accounts
• To create quotes with regular follow ups
• Attend sales training as required
• Ensure Health and safety standards are adhered to

Candidate\’s Profile

• Fluent in Finnish (written and spoken) essential
• Knowledge of Swedish a strong advantage
• Inside sales or telesales experience preferred
• Target orientated
• Excellent communication skills with strong and confident telephone manner
• Organised, motivated and a strong work ethic
• IT literate
