EU Export/Import Administrator
Location: Crawley

The company:
A growing European business specialised in transport and logistics.
Main duties:
Coordination of shipments from EU to the UK including administrative duties and liaison with transporters
The role:
– Assist suppliers and partners with the creation of export documentation
– Instructing hauliers on loading requirements
– Assist suppliers and transporters with any loading issues / delays / changes etc.
– Updating clients on the status of their orders and the progress of deliveries
– Updating databases with transporters details, collection dates & prices.
The candidate:
– Additional fluency in either French, Spanish or Italian would be a bonus but not essential
– Computer literate – MS office
– Organised with good administrative skills
– Excellent communication skills
– A dynamic personality and a team player
The salary:around £25,500 per annum
