Main duties: You will manage all aspects of inbound group travel bookings for clients, ensuring accurate itineraries, supplier coordination, and seamless delivery. You will collaborate with Business Development and suppliers to provide tailored solutions, negotiate rates, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
The role:
- Oversee European inbound group bookings, ensuring itineraries and services are accurately planned and delivered
- Work closely with Business Development to understand client needs and provide customised travel solutions
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and products without compromising quality
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and suppliers
- Keep all bookings, confirmations, rooming lists, and payments accurate and up to date in the system
- Proactively solve issues, adapt to changing situations, and maintain high attention to detail under pressure.
The candidate:
- Previous experience in tour operations or working for a DMC is mandatory
- Fluent in Italian or French would be an advantage but is not essential
- Knowledge of destination within the UK and Ireland would be great
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- IT literate (MS Office)
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
