Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Stockport

Office located close to the railway station – easy access from all areas from Greater Manchester and Cheshire

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum

Ref: 5497M

Main duties:

• You’ll focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one
• Support both internal and external stakeholders across Europe
• Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Provide clear, supportive assistance to customers across various channels
• Manage administrative tasks related to customer accounts and orders

Candidate\’s Profile

• Multilingual with fluency in Dutch
• Additional fluency in French or German would be a benefit
• Previous experience in customer service
• IT literate
• Hands-on attitude and great communication skills
