Responsibilities
Data and Reporting Assistant (Part time)
Location: Feltham
Part time role Monday to Wednesday
Hybrid work 2 days a week in the office after training
Salary: £25,600 per annum (full time employment) pro rata plus bonus
Ref: 4281BI
Main duties: Support the integration of the Point-of-Sale data across multiple platforms ensuring accurate data uploads. You will also be responsible for generating reports and support the teams across the EMEA regions.
The role:
- Working across QlikView, Cognos and Power BI, you will be responsible for the upload of the Point-of-Sala data
- Ensure data is uploaded correctly and accurately
- Maintain and update account lists
- Generate and deliver reports
- Provide day – to -day support across departments
Candidate\’s Profile
- Experience working within an office environment required
- Previous data management experience beneficial
- IT literate with knowledge and experience in MS office, Excel, outlook, PowerPoint and teams
- Experience working on QlikView, Cognos and power BI beneficial but not a requirement
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with the ability to work independently
