- To work closely with the sales operation team and offer excellent customer service to clients

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, or in person to provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Process quotes and customer orders and update records
- Prepare simple weekly reports for customers and the sales team
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Provide general administrative support to the office and multi-skill when required
