Main duties: To provide excellent customer service and support with sales and partnership development.
The role:
- Act as the first point of contact for private customers, affiliates and wholesalers.
- Process orders through the system and communicate order status with customers.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to final delivery.
- Liaise with the logistics and fulfilment team to ensure smooth operations and communicate lead times effectively.
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand and grow the partner network and affiliate program.
- Make proactive calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and identify areas for upselling.
