French Selection (FS) is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for an international technology and solutions provider delivering innovative programmes and services across multiple regions.
The Role
You will lead and deliver multiple complex projects end-to-end, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role has a strong international focus, particularly across Southern Africa.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple concurrent projects across Southern Africa
- Owning project planning, execution, risk management, and financial control
- Coordinating cross-functional teams spanning scientific, technical, IT, and business disciplines
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and PMO leadership
- Monitoring KPIs, project performance metrics, and governance standards
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery and processes
- Supporting the onboarding and mentoring of new project managers and team members
- Preparing and presenting project updates to senior leadership
- Occasional international travel to Africa and the US
About You
- Significant experience in project or programme management
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects independently
- Strong stakeholder management skills within international, cross-functional environments
- Fluent French speaker (Arabic highly desirable)
- Background in engineering, chemistry, business or IT
- Comfortable with international travel
- PMP certification preferred but not essential
- Confident user of MS Office and Microsoft Teams
