Trilingual Customer Service Advisor (Italian and another European language)
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
Location: Watford
Hybrid working with regular office attendance
Ref: 8251IC

Main Duties
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role
- Manage the ordering process from initial enquiry to delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
- Manage existing accounts and client contract information in the database
- Prepare payment documentation, quotations and credit or debit notes
- Coordinate deliveries in line with client requirements and update client accordingly
- Liaise with other departments regarding client requirements or changes
The Candidate
- Fluent in Italian and another European language (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support - Essential
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
