Hybrid work 2 days a week in the office

Salary: up to £50,000pa depending on experience plus bonus and great benefits

A leading international food manufacturer serving retailers, distributors and foodservice partners in international markets

Main duties: An exciting opportunity to join a well-known brand where you will drive sales growth across Southern Europe by managing distributors, developing retail and foodservice channels as well as identifying new business opportunities

The role:

• - Develop sales and distribution across mainstream retail, independent retailers and foodservice channels
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers and other external stakeholders
• -Plan, execute and evaluate trade promotions and commercial activities.
• - Monitor pricing, competitors, market trends and sales performance to support business planning
• - Coordinate inventory and supply planning with distributors to ensure continuous product availability.
• - Analyse market and sales data providing timely reports to management
• - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver business projects

The candidate:

• - Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential
• - Fluent in Italian would be an extra advantage
• - Experience in FMCG sales or business development needed
• - Exposure to distributor management and supply chain desirable
• - Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• - Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills with good Microsoft Office proficiency.
• - Passion for food and the food industry
• - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
• - Must have a valid UK/EU drivers licence
• - Must have the right to work in the UK
