Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer accounts within the DACH region by handling sales activities, supporting business development efforts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories.
  • Quote and negotiate pricing as well as process customer orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to secure orders and provide support.
  • Support Business Development Managers in driving growth with existing accounts.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels based on forecasts and customer demand.
  • Handle returns and resolve customer issues while maintaining satisfaction.

Candidate's Profile

  • Fluency in German or a European language (written and spoken) highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management recommended.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Lives within commutable distance from the office.
