Location: Smeeth – Office located at Evegate Business Park; own transport required, as public transport is not accessible. Hybrid working available. Working hours: 08:45–17:15 Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break.
Salary & Benefits:
- £25,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000–£35,000+ in first year)

- 25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days after 2 years and 31 days after 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment projects from vacancy briefing through to successful placement
- Drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating offers and supporting placements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates through regular telephone and email communication throughout the recruitment process
- Developing customer relationships and generating repeat business from existing UK‑based clients (no cold calling required)
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a proactive, customer‑facing or frontline role
- Energised by regular interaction with people, with strong verbal communication skills
- Motivated by and comfortable working towards revenue and placement targets
- Self‑motivated, independent and proactive, while also working effectively as part of a team
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Interested in working within a small close‑knit multicultural team
- Own transport required, as office located at Evegate Business Park; not accessible by public transport
- Fluency in another language (particularly French or German) would be an advantage but is not essential
